Goodbye Misty Boots and Molly Cat

Both of our cats got very sick in the beginning of November. It turned out that Misty Boots had a very large tumor in her bladder, and Molly Cat had all sorts of ailments ranging from advanced kidney disease to anemia. We tried hard to get them healthy again -- see the box of daily medications including sub-cutaneous fluids for Molly -- but unfortunately they both went from bad to worse quickly, and we made the difficult decision to have them put to sleep together. It was very sad for all of us. They were good cats and we had them for over 15 years, since well before we were married.
