Crazy Seattle Winter

It was a crazy winter here in the Seattle area. We had our big windstorm in December where we lost power for five days and then had another snow storm and ice storm in January. Then we had more snow in March. Typically we maybe get 1-2 inches of snow all winter. The kids were happy though and have learned about “snow days” where everyone stays home for an extended time to play. They loved playing in the snow and using the sled to pull each other and even Daddy! Isabella’s favorite winter activity seems to be eating snow. We even saved some and put it in a bowl in our freezer for a later snack!
